Young Innovators Shine with Creative Projects

Patiram Monteshwari Academy hosted its much-anticipated “Young Innovator Meet–2026,” transforming the school campus into a vibrant hub of ideas, creativity, and youthful imagination. Students from various grades showcased hand-built models and live presentations across a wide range of academic disciplines, leaving visitors visibly impressed by their originality and confidence.
The exhibition featured thoughtfully curated stalls on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Space Science, Environmental Studies, Science, and the Arts, each reflecting the students’ ability to blend theoretical knowledge with practical application.The diversity and depth of the projects drew steady crowds throughout the day.
The event was inaugurated by Professor Ripon Saha, Registrar of Dakshin Dinajpur University, alongside Jiban Mondal, Director of the Employment Exchange, educationist Dipak Kumar Mondal, and Aniruddha Adhikari, Headmaster of Patiram High School, among other distinguished guests. Praising the students’ innovative thinking and articulate presentations, the speakers emphasized the importance of nurturing scientific curiosity and technological skills from an early age.
Beyond students, the exhibition attracted parents and members of the general public, creating a lively and interactive atmosphere. Visitors engaged directly with the young presenters, who confidently explained their concepts and responded to questions. A digital voting system at the end of the exhibition allowed attendees to participate actively by selecting their favorite projects.
According to Pijush Sarkar, Secretary of the School Managing Committee, and Mithu Halder, the Acting Headmistress, the event was organized as part of the academy’s 16th Foundation Day celebrations. They noted that platforms like the Young Innovator Meet not only boost students’ self-confidence but also pave the way for them to emerge as the innovators of tomorrow.The day stood as a testament to the power of curiosity-driven learning—and to the promise held by the next generation of thinkers.
