Ignites Athletic Fervor in Balurghat

The Annual Sports Meet 2025 of Tulip Institute of Child Care School was held with great éclat on Sunday morning at the College Ground near Uttamasha Club in Balurghat. The event witnessed an effervescent display of youthful exuberance, competitive spirit, and athletic prowess.
Nearly two hundred students enthusiastically participated in the meet, competing across eight meticulously structured categories. The ground reverberated with cheers as young athletes showcased their agility, endurance, coordination, and innate talents in various sporting disciplines. An atmosphere of infectious enthusiasm and camaraderie prevailed throughout the event, reflecting the school’s commitment to holistic child development.
School officials emphasized that the primary objective of organizing this annual sporting extravaganza is to inculcate sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and cooperative values among children from an early age. They further noted that such events play a pivotal role in fostering physical fitness alongside mental resilience.The inaugural ceremony was graced by DSP Headquarters Bikram Prasad, who adorned the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his address, he lauded the initiative taken by the institution and underscored the importance of sports in shaping confident, disciplined, and socially responsible future citizens.
The successful arrangement of the sports meet once again reaffirmed Tulip Institute of Child Care School’s dedication to nurturing well-rounded individuals through a judicious blend of academics and extracurricular excellence.
